Free surface flow

  
This is the outcome of our first experiments with free-surface flows.
We used a level-set approach according to Sussman, et. al.
Free surface flows ARE NOT part of the standard distribution.
Simulation Parameters:
  • box [0,8]x[0,8]x[0,6] , Time=[0,20]
  • viscosity of fluid 1e-3
  • viscosity of air 1e-6
  • grid: 60x60x45
The visualization shows the free surface and one slice of the levelset function.
