Navcalc and Navcalcmpi

The binary navcalc (or navcalcmpi for parallel computation) is used to run the simulation. At the end of a calculation the computed values of $ {\bf u}, p, \{T, C\}$ are written in the data file. The original binary data file is overwritten and can now be used for a restart of a longer calculation or for analysing and postprocessing the computed data. By setting a corresponding option in the scene description file you also have the possibility to save computed data in regular intervals. Details on how to specify how often and where the data is to be stored can be found in section [*].
