Navcalc and Navcalcmpi

The binary navcalc (or navcalcmpi for parallel computation) is used to run the simulation. At the end of a calculation the computed values of ${\bf u}, p, \{T, C\}$ are written in the data file. The original binary data file is overwritten and can now be used for a restart of a longer calculation or for analysing and postprocessing the computed data. By setting a corresponding option in the scene description file you also have the possibility to save computed data in regular intervals.
