Modelling and Mathematical Analysis of Deep Learning Methods
This seminar is dedicated to studying deep neural networks and their recent success. To this end, we will introduce the underlying models of such neural networks and review recent work concerned with providing a mathematical foundation for their success.
There will be a preliminary meeting on Wednesday, January 30th at 15 c.t. in room 2.025 in the mathematics center (EA60).
